Take a deep breath, exhale the stress, and step into an evening designed to lift your mind, body, and spirit. Elevate is a 2-hour immersive experience that combines mindful cannabis use (optional) with a gentle, slow-flow yoga practice and a deeply restorative sound bath.

We’ll begin with optional cannabis consumption — your choice to enjoy a complimentary pre-roll (included with the $25 ticket). As the gentle effects set in, we’ll guide you through 60 minutes of slow, intentional yoga to help you drop into your body and quiet the mind.

We’ll then transition into a 30-minute sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls will carry you into a state of deep relaxation and release. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
